Interactive Design Reshapes Grade-Specific Detailing
The Challenge
Educo’s website struggled to provide users with quick, clear access to essential product details, forcing them to navigate further to access essential details. The existing design resulted in a frustrating and inefficient experience. Tentackles task was to overhaul the interaction design, especially the product cards, to improve accessibility and user engagement.
The Solution
We implemented a comprehensive interaction design overhaul to enhance the visual representation of product details through custom cards.
Our approach:
Card Design
Using the client’s existing color palette, we created custom cards for each grade level. With a soft pastel color palette, each card was crafted to be visually engaging and provide a brief yet informative summary of the products.
Streamlined Navigation
The cards were color-coded by grade level for easy identification. Clicking on a card led users to a specific grade page with comprehensive product details and direct links to corresponding e-workbooks, creating a seamless and interactive user journey.
The cards were distinctly designed for individual grade levels, for easy differentiation through varied color combinations. Moreover, the cover for each grade linked users to the corresponding e-workbook, ensuring a quicker and more interactive experience.
The Outcome
The new interaction design significantly improved the user experience, by making it easier for users to find and engage with the products they were interested in.
