Strengthening ELC’s Online Presence with Strategic SEO

Educo Learning Center (ELC) aimed to improve its online education platform by enhancing the user experience across registration, diagnostic testing, course purchases, profile management, and payment processing. 

The Tentackles team was tasked with increasing ELC’s online visibility and attracting more targeted traffic through a comprehensive SEO strategy. We successfully boosted ELC’s search engine rankings by conducting a detailed SEO audit, optimizing content with relevant keywords, and addressing technical site issues. This helped drive high-quality traffic and improve user engagement significantly.

Research & Discovery

We started this project by performing a complete SEO audit of ELC’s existing website. This involved reviewing site structure, content performance, and the backlink profile. Additionally, we conducted a competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and gaps. 

Through this exploration process, we gathered key insights on keyword opportunities, user behavior, and technical SEO issues that needed fixing to enhance ELC’s search engine performance.

Challenges

ELC faced significant challenges in achieving strong search engine visibility and attracting organic traffic. The existing SEO strategy was underperforming due to outdated content, poor keyword optimization, and technical issues impacting site performance. 

Our goal was to create and implement a robust SEO strategy that would improve content relevance, site structure, and overall search engine rankings.

Our Approach

Our SEO process began with a thorough audit to identify areas for improvement. We then developed a tailored SEO strategy that included:

  • On-page SEO: Optimizing content with high-value keywords and improving meta tags, title tags, and headers for better relevance and ranking.
  • Technical SEO: Addressing site speed issues, securing mobile responsiveness, and improving the URL structure.

  • Content Optimization: Developing keyword-rich content to attract and engage users while enriching the overall user experience.

SEO Strategy

  • We conducted extensive keyword research to identify the most valuable search terms and optimized content around those keywords.
  • On-page SEO improvements focused on refining meta tags, optimizing header structures, and creating high-quality content to drive engagement. 
  • Technical SEO addressed key performance factors, including site speed, mobile compatibility, and resolving crawl errors. 
  • We also implemented a targeted content strategy to improve traffic and user retention.

SEO for a New Website

For ELC’s new website, we executed an SEO-friendly architecture designed to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. This included optimizing technical aspects such as site speed and mobile responsiveness, alongside integrating high-value keywords. Additionally, we tackled issues related to duplicate content across root and sub-domains by:

  • Adding Canonical Tags to eliminate duplication.
  • Optimizing technical SEO to achieve a 100% health score.
  • Launching Link Building Campaigns to enhance domain authority.
  • Creating 100+ guest posts and site-specific articles to boost traffic.

The Result

ELC’s initial skepticism about SEO was overcome by our ethical and effective practices, leading to sustained growth in visibility and traffic.

Within six months, our SEO efforts resulted in a 200% increase in search impressions. Rankings for competitive keywords with a monthly search volume (MSV) of 1900 improved, leading to higher organic traffic and enhanced user engagement. 

By addressing key elements like site structure, content optimization, and technical performance, we established a scalable foundation for long-term SEO success. The project not only met its objectives but also positioned ELC for continued growth in the competitive online education market.
