Project Summary

To upgrade the StudioSync UI/UX, we started with comprehensive research on the pain points of photographers and their business operations. Through interviews and surveys with studio owners, we identified key needs such as streamlined scheduling, efficient client communication, and easy lead tracking. Based on these insights, we developed wireframes and prototypes that focused on simplicity and ease of use.
